I'm a Senior Product Designer with an engineering background, currently leading end-to-end design at Zain Iraq — mobile apps, seller platforms, dashboards, and internal tools. I run the full process: UX research, usability testing, and audits (increasingly accelerated with AI), through wireframes and prototypes to scalable design systems. Before Zain, I helped transform Miswag — one of Iraq's leading e-commerce platforms — into a full marketplace experience.
